Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are sold using a "scoop" concept (a surprise experience), some specific conditions apply to returns.

1. Cooling-Off Period & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After cancelling your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

2. Return Conditions (Hygiene)

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and cosmetics), items can only be returned if they are unopened and the original seal remains intact.

• Once a product has been opened or tested, the right to cancel no longer applies for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

• The entire Scoop must be returned. Individual products from a Scoop cannot be returned separately.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning your order is the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be sent with a Track & Trace service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, and confirmed that the products are unopened and undamaged, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your original order.

5. How Do I Return an Item?

We will then provide you with the necessary return instructions.
